The Disappearance Of Guernica
Earlier today the amazing Guernica (Alex) went missing, rumors are spreading of potential foul play. As of this time the COC police have someone in custody and he's singing like a canary.
The statement from the suspect is as follow: We had him "removed" because he made Achilles (Amir) disappear and when Achilles disappeared so did the gambling establishment Havana Wartable which resurfaced slightly later in the possession of Guernica.
However Amir found his way back to civilization with a new identity and a wrath. He approached MancStar and asked him to help Guernica disappear. MancStar obediently co-operated and as previously mentioned made Guernica disappear for good.
At the time of Guernica's disappearance he had just achieved the rank of General but a few days prior.

In the past few days during SMD's (Frodo) rampage he took out over 10 veterans and a few other lower ranks as showcased as an exclusive to this paper. However before SMD could complete and further murders he was finally brought to justice by an unnamed assailant (as of publication time). SMD said he had popped out to move some cash and a few bullets, he also had plans to put some properties on the marketplace/

The Bright Side Hasn't Been Seen In A While
While DSOTM tries to regroup CD just keeps taking them out, one after another. The only really note worthy kill here is the death of Stupify (Jez) who was holding Bayamo BJ at the time of his demise, Jez was targeted for being the person who killed Pogba (Connor). While SMD (Frodo) continues his reign of terror shooting and hopping back into the bunker before anyone seems to catch him he currently has Havana RT and Bayamo BJ both of which are at their highest possible maxbets for the properties respectively. Will the props bring in enough money to sustain his inevitable excessive use of the bunker, or will his money run dry before he can continue his reign?

The Dark Side Continues To Fall!
After the long awaited take over of Dark Side Of The Moon (DSOTM)
there have been a few developments. It started off simple enough, DSOTM
shot back at the structure of Creative Diversion (CD) wiping out Pogba
(Connor), Brad (Brad) and Janna Banana (Alvin) however failed to shoot
SMD (Frodo) as he was bunkered.
However before DSOTM managed to start shooting at CD Frodo killed The Iceman and hopped back into the bunker. Will DSOTM be able to catch Frodo on his journey to middle earth?

RIP Brad
DSOTM's Joshy shot Brad for Bayamo RT last night and picked the prop up with a 400m till.
Ben bankrupted the RT while Brad was bunkered luring him out when he the bankrupted it back from Ben. Before Brad could bunker with it again, Joshy clocked he had it and decided to shoot whilst he was unbunkered.
Brad still made a nice profit last night though.

Porn went viral
All of the shootings in this post are around three weeks old, however there has been no writer so we will be popping a lot of old kills on here to keep you all upto date!
Firstly I shall start off with Sunny (Porn) who happened to own all of the BF's around three weeks ago, he had arranged to sell the BF's to Connor (TikTak) for what is known to be a relatively cheap price. However things went wrong when Sunny instead shot Connor and takeover CD along with Bayamo RaceTrack which Connor was holding at the time, Connor didn't have time to send any cash off and as a result was shot with $2.8bil on his account. There was also $1bil+ in the squad when Sunny had taken it over, not to mention a till in the RaceTrack which was rumoured to be around the $1.5bil mark.
But Sunny didn't stop there, he then went onto shoot Petra Kvitova for Bayamo WarTable. The property was rumoured to have a till over $500m and Sunny then went on to bunker with these properties and $4bil them. Petra Kvitova was though, a member of Maximals who didn't take lightly to having a member of their squad shot and in return had Sunny and his friends shot.
The hitman for the shootings of TikTak and Petra Kvitova was Rebelution, who was later shot by Maximals.
Porn was later shot by Hotshot who picked up the Racetrack and Bullet Factory, the till of the racetrack was around 1.8billion. Josh(Amethyst) picked up the War table with a rumored till of around 3billion.
Porn never retaliated after losing all of the bullet factories due to Freedom Fighter being banned for duping and his Bayamo tracks being shot for along with around 5billion in cash.

Perfect Ending
Tonight there was a strange shooting that occurred, Agnes (Perfect) was shot down at point blank range whilst she seemed to be ranking peacefully. It was confirmed that Agnes had been put on the Hitman Agency for a price of around the $60m mark, one could only presume that this is what tempted the shooter?

After years of asking and costant forum posts from players claiming that the game needs an M.I.A bot, Element finally decided he would get around to adding one.
Our so called fearless leader Carlos Mendez has been captured! He is forever 'Missing In Action' and is moved hourly throughout the seven locations! He's moved hourly to encourage travelling.
You get less EXP for busting him and the bust does not count towards your MIA achievement. Busting other players before him is highly recommended.
If you see him in MIA in Bayamo, be sure to smash the fuck out of it, because your MIA rank shoots up!

It had been a quiet few days, but late Friday evening there was a huge bang which went off and ruffled the trees. Hermes (Cam) was shot down by the squad DSOTM (Darkside of the Moon) for the property which he was in possession of; Havana WarTable.
I have been informed that Havana WarTable had a till of around $2.3bil after Zodiac (Daz) had lost upwards of $1.8bil.
The shooter has been confirmed as Violation (Chris)

Interview with Ben(Element)
I took questions from everyone who wanted to ask them and asked Ben. Here is what he has to say.

In my spare time I spend it working/building my car and hitting the gym as of late.
I live with my partner and dog (Charlie) in the suburbs.
I work an average full time job just like everyone else, I don't own my own home and I am not rich despite what everyone will tell you.
The reason this game is & continues to run is because I have and always will love this project, the support of the donations past & present are the only reason it can continue.
Q. What car are you building?
I am building a Nissan Sil80 (180sx with an S13 front).
Runs an S15 SR20DET motor, it does go but the motor has a leak so I am pulling it back out.
Q. How much can you bench?
Just over 80KG so not much unfortunately.
Q. Adam asks how your brother is?
My brother is good. We live in the same city now and play indoor cricket once a week.
Q. What's your favorite food/colour/hobby?
Authentic Asian, Green, My Car.
Q. How do you like your eggs in the morning?
Boiled or Poached on toast.
Q: A few people always complain that you don't do enough for the game, don't spend enough time/have enough admins. Most of us understand why but obviously their are people who don't know you, could you explain a little about yourself and maybe a little history of how this game came to be?
In my opinion after having worked on this project for 9 years is that you cannot please everyone, it has been a life lesson if you will because believe me over the years I have tried.
What people don't understand is how much time everything takes, people tend to complain about slow development which is what is needed to get things done properly. Yet they complain if they don't think things are moving quickly enough, it is a pretty fine line.
You have to remember not only do I have to worry about game development, looking after the game itself but there is also the server administration side of things which can be just as much of a challenge at time.
As for hiring staff, we have had some pretty bad luck with this over the past as some of you are well aware. I can understand it from both sides however, moderating is a very time internsive job and from it you basically just get player abuse because we cannot afford to pay anyone.
That being said we have had a handful of great staff members over the years and I have probably not ever thanked them enough for their support.
We started this project when I was about 15 years old, I am now 24.
I have a full time job aside from this, I have a partner, dog etc all which also need time so juggling life is probably the most difficult task.
Many people have this perception that I make a living from donations here and don't give back to the community. If I added up all the hours spent on this project in the last 10 years and gave myself a McDonald's wage out of the donations we would have been broke from the start.
That is not to say I am ungrateful for the support we have and will hopefully continue to receive as this is the only reason why the game can survive.
But to make people clear I don't live in a mansion playing games all day forgetting about this project (infact I don't even own a house at all).
When I am working hard to get something done my day can consist of 12 working hours easily. 8 Hours for my normal job and then 4 hours here (4 hours is nothing in terms of time it takes to get things done properly) and this doesn't even start on the full weekends worth of time it has received.
I remember in the past doing this for weeks and weeks on end to get new layouts rolled out etc only to get a pretty average response from the comunnity later (We can't always get things perfect).
In the end even if people believe me or not I love this project, at times it has consumed my life but the people I have met, friends made and just the general feedback I get occasionally from players is what keeps me going.
Q: Are you happy with the outcome of recent updates/is the game improving as you intend?
Yes personally I am happy with the outcome of the latest updates.
Development is never as fast as anyone would like it, when it has been rushed in the past that is where we have had most of our issues.
Am I happy with the number of players it has brought to the game? Not yet but it is working slowly at this stage.
Q: Do you have any updates that you are working on at the moment or that will be released in the near future?
I am always working on something! The next thing to cross off my list is to fix the stats bar panel/timers as well as adding a couple of timers to the bottom for travel & operations. The other thing I am working on is the ability to add ranks to operations requests, and the possibility of an MIA bot of sorts.
Q. What inspired you to create the game and why a war based game?
I was playing another game similar at the time, Adrian and I were whitewater kayaking together at the time and it all just stemmed from there.
Why war? Simply because there was nothing else on the market at the time and everything else was Gangster based, which I loved but we had to be different.
Q. Are there any plans for a reset? How long will you keep the round going?
No plans yet, I think this round will go longer than the last at this stage. I can't really put a timeframe on it.
Q. Have you ever played as a regular player? As you have the best view of the game in a sense, who do you think have been the greatest squads/players?
Yes within reason, I have ranked a normal account in previous rounds to see how things go together. It has caused change of many features, I should do it more often for testing, things are always good as ideas but when you actually play and use the features sometimes they don't work as you intended.
Q. Are there any plans to make bar brawling a bigger part of the game, i.e getting normal XP from it?
It has been considered, it would/does really need an overhaul. Is this something people want to see?
Q. How many hours did you spend getting the game back up this week?
This week 21 hours as a minimum. That is ontop of working 40+ hours for my actual job. I have probably spent 4 hours in the gym this week and other than working that is every minute of spare time.
What people don't realize is how long everything takes and the better you do something the longer it takes. I think in the 3 days of downtime I had roughly 12-13 hours of sleep.
Q. Is the game now what you pictured it would be when you started it all them years ago?
Yes and no. Did I ever think the project would take off like it did? No. Is the what I would like as a final stage? Absolutely not I have and always will have larger expectations.

Q. What car are you building?
I am building a Nissan Sil80 (180sx with an S13 front).
Runs an S15 SR20DET motor, it does go but the motor has a leak so I am pulling it back out.
Q. How much can you bench?
Just over 80KG so not much unfortunately.
Q. Adam asks how your brother is?
My brother is good. We live in the same city now and play indoor cricket once a week.
Q. What's your favorite food/colour/hobby?
Authentic Asian, Green, My Car.
Q. How do you like your eggs in the morning?
Boiled or Poached on toast.
Q: A few people always complain that you don't do enough for the game, don't spend enough time/have enough admins. Most of us understand why but obviously their are people who don't know you, could you explain a little about yourself and maybe a little history of how this game came to be?
In my opinion after having worked on this project for 9 years is that you cannot please everyone, it has been a life lesson if you will because believe me over the years I have tried.
What people don't understand is how much time everything takes, people tend to complain about slow development which is what is needed to get things done properly. Yet they complain if they don't think things are moving quickly enough, it is a pretty fine line.
You have to remember not only do I have to worry about game development, looking after the game itself but there is also the server administration side of things which can be just as much of a challenge at time.
As for hiring staff, we have had some pretty bad luck with this over the past as some of you are well aware. I can understand it from both sides however, moderating is a very time internsive job and from it you basically just get player abuse because we cannot afford to pay anyone.
That being said we have had a handful of great staff members over the years and I have probably not ever thanked them enough for their support.
We started this project when I was about 15 years old, I am now 24.
I have a full time job aside from this, I have a partner, dog etc all which also need time so juggling life is probably the most difficult task.

Bye Bye PN
It has been an eventful evening. Not long after the kills page was brought back up it has been put to good use.
Firstly Hayabusa(Daz) shot Oasis for Bayamo Racetrack, it had a 4billion maxbet and the till was 730mill when it was picked up. Daz still holds the racetrack.
Courvoisier(Lee) wiped Propane Nightmares which was supplied by himself, Abdul(Koenigsegg) and ESO but was cut short when he was shot by Overload for Darkside of the Moon.
Lee managed to take out 7 members of PN before he was shot although he had a lot more on the list and found to shoot, he only lost 20k when he was shot.
Darkside of the Moon are denying killing him but screenshots of the WS have come to light.
Will we see any retaliation for the kills?

OMG THE WORLD IS ENDING
This may not be in perfect order but someone can correct me on what I miss + the facts if they wish.
Danny(Aventure) shot Cornwall(Agnes) because ESO have shot Danny before, Agnes had a racetrack which was sent to Shane(SkyForge). ESO retaliated by shooting Aventure and Skyforge.
Lunatik(Leader of Creative Diversion) was shot by DSOTM(The squad Darkside of the Moon) for his bullet factories, the shooter Blink then got banned for using a proxy(I have been informed it was a shared dupe) NightLife had sent the BF's he was holding to Dell and NightLife was shot soon after, he still had a bank which ESO picked up and Lee(Courvoisier) still holds.
CD lost upwards of 1.3million bullets when DSOTM shot loads of random people from their squad so we won't be seeing any retaliation from them anytime soon.
ESO also shot Super Charged(Propane Nightmares member) for his bullet factory. Courvoisier was the hitman and he holds the BF in ESO's squad bunker.
Someone then shot Sharpness(DSOTM member). Not sure why (No one is owning up)
Propane Nightmares shot back at ESO and took out all of their newly ranked members(after DSOTM took them all out before) along with their potential hitmen SilverSoldier and Frenzied(Who had previously survived shooting 3million bullets)
SilverSoldier was holding CD's last 100k bullets when he died
I think that's about that..So currently we have Dell bunkered with all bar one BF, Lee bunkered with the other which is keeping ESO's squad alive.

Update
Darkside of the Moon decided it was time to shoot their load, ESO have history with them and after some debatable banter on the forums carnage commenced. It started with ESO being shot at, all of their members being killed apart from Josh(Zeitgeist) and Lee(Courvoisier). Then DSOTM's sights turned to a lot of random players with props and Creative Diversion took a massive hit as they lost a lot of members.
In the later half of the shootings Innovation were wiped and Chris said 'I don't have a clue why we just all agreed to it'
How long until we see retaliation? How much retaliation will we see?

Hullabaloo(Alex) and Soderstrom(Ben) were shot by what is left of Incognito. Reason they were shot was Dillon thought it would annoy them.....Nothing was gained from the shootings.

The end of Incognito
Frenzied finished off Incognito by shooting more of their members and catching Cauterized out of the bunker.
There are rumors that Frenzied used a kill script to catch Cauterized but nothing has been proven and Cauterized has admitted to scripting his bunkering anyway.
They claim to have no bullets left and no hitman to shoot back, we have seen no retaliation since the 1 kill they made when they first got shot at by Frenzied so maybe it is true..Only time will tell.

Explanation to recent shootings
It all starts here:

For allegedly duping, Randal and Kakarot were banned. Sources have revealed that Randal was a holder for the Archadian Empire, rumored to be holding almost 1 million bullets. Karakot being the leader, Element took over the squad - which had approximately 50,000 bullets and $500 million in the banks.
Seeing no point in playing the game anymore wayne, also known as Blacky, made the decision to shoot the rest of the Archadian Empire's bullets. The targets were Ordinance, Cheewy, Algorithm and Loopy. He used gold bars to reset to rank to Commander (originally planning to rank to General).
Algorithm was holding a bank at the time, however wayne did not manage to pick up the bank. Allegedly an error page (404) prevented wayne from taking the bank, not once, but twice. Overload managed to pick it up and remains the current holder of the bank.
Ordinance and Cheewy were structure members of Darkside of the Moon, as wayne made an attempt to wipe their squad.

Sources have highlighted the fact that these 4 were not the end of wayne's list to kill, however the rest were either bunkered or failed hunts.
Darkside of the Moon ordered a hit on wayne in retaliation for Ordinance and Cheewy. Also on the hit were Jose and Vegeta (Vegeta being shot for Trinidad RT).
Nightlife, leader of Darkside of the Moon, insists that the earlier claim that 'commando' was their hitman was false; however Nightlife did not wish to reveal the actual hitman. Other reports are pointing towards Dell being the hitman for Darkside of the Moon.

The former 'Brothers in Arms' squad leader, 786, was shot dead during the evening of the 15th September.
Brothers is Arms was disbanded after donations from squad members did not come through so no props could be bought for the squad.
786 was holding the Trindad Racetrack; rumored to be holding $650M in the tills - it appears that it is common knowledge that his tills are this high and it's conceivable that this was the motive behind the shooting.
