Joshy and Kevlar's deaths were both supplied by Brad so could reclaim SDC RT, his 100th bankrupt table. Pogba (Connnor) supplied the rest. SMD was hitman.
Amber and Ragnarok were shot because Amber has Freeman shot whom of which is rumoured to have had 1.6m bullets on his account when he was shot. Only a few know if that is true or not.
