After years of asking and costant forum posts from players claiming that the game needs an M.I.A bot, Element finally decided he would get around to adding one.

Our so called fearless leader Carlos Mendez has been captured! He is forever 'Missing In Action' and is moved hourly throughout the seven locations! He's moved hourly to encourage travelling.

You get less EXP for busting him and the bust does not count towards your MIA achievement. Busting other players before him is highly recommended.

If you see him in MIA in Bayamo, be sure to smash the fuck out of it, because your MIA rank shoots up!
